We are seeking an experienced Manager of Business Development to join our team in our NYC office. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing publisher partners for the Pulse 360 CPA Display Ad Network. You will clearly articulate our product set and efficiently manage all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, deal-modeling, proposals, negotiations and implementation transitions. Our ideal candidate is a top sales performer with a strong rolodex of publisher contacts, a team player, who possesses a strong desire to win.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, deal-modeling, proposals, negotiations and implementation transitions
• Constantly think of creative ways to find potential clients
• Deliver/exceed monthly revenue goals
• Represent Pulse 360 at relevant trade show events

Ideal candidate will possess:
• BA/BS degree
• 3-5 years of sales / business development experience for a performance based ad network
• Strong understanding of industry trends
• Proven track record of successfully prospecting, prioritizing, & selling / cold calling interactive publishers.
• Possess strong negotiation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to think creatively "on your feet" and have a proven track record in aligning and driving deals to successful completion with a consultative approach.
• Positive, team-oriented personality with the desire, ability and drive to ride a steep, continuous learning curve in the internet industry

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience working in sales / publisher development with a performance based ad network. REQUIRED
