Manager, Account Management
Location: Chicago

General Responsibilities:

•Partner with the Sales Directors to develop key accounts and strategic partnerships
•Participate with Account Executives in creating a two way dialogue with clients regarding long term strategy
•Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to develop marketing programs and products for clients
•Manage a team of 8-10 Account Managers and Account Specialists
•Mentor and train the Account Management team to deliver the highest quality proposals and client service
•Develop account coverage strategy for regional/vertical accounts
•Promote a client-centered culture focused on retaining and growing revenue
•Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent
•Participate and lead agency/client reviews for key accounts
•Liaise with internal departments to build & execute advertiser campaigns and create efficient work flow process to improve speed to market

Qualifications / Skills:
•Strong strategic, analytical and presentation skills
•Possesses a demonstrated track record of high customer satisfaction
•Excellent interdepartmental coordination and cooperation skills
•Must be savvy and understand the interactive advertising space – customers, marketing, standards,
•Demonstrated ability to develop employee skills and foster team environments
•Strong knowledge of online research methods, 3rd party research tools, and understanding of the facets of online advertising and ad metrics
•High professional ethics and integrity
•5-8 years experience working in online advertising, agency/media experience preferred
•BA degree in related field, MA encouraged
•Other duties as assigned
